Christmas is almost here!!!

Are you as excited as I am? Are you looking forward to a day or two of rest, fun and family after working hard these last few weeks?

What do you mean you haven’t been working hard? Have you not been following my 12 Days of Fitmas on Facebook?

Maybe the holiday festivities and snow days threw you off the path for a bit. Don’t panic, It’s never too late to get back on the road. If you need a quick workout today, tomorrow or even Christmas Day, my 12 Days of Fitmas workout will do the trick. Since you’re so kind to read my blog I’ll even give you Day 12 a day early!

Beginners can do this circuit one to two times. If you’re more advanced, do it up to four times.

Also, if you’re new to fitness, most of the moves can be modified. For example, if you’re not quite ready for T push ups check out my post on push up variations for every level.  Side planks can be done with bent knees instead of straight legs.  Take the jump out of your jumping jack if high impact moves aren’t for you. If you’re not sure how to change a move, look at some of the others suggestions that I’ve posted on Facebook.
