During the introductory week every new client completes a three day food journal. From that three day snap shot, we start your plan to get in touch with how much food you should be eating and to improve the quality of foods you choose.
This isn’t a diet; this is learning how to eat in the real world. You won’t have to carry a food scale in your purse or buy all organic foods. You will receive education, tools and tips on how to eat for your goals and feel good while doing it.
