What are the best exercises to get rid of what I refer to as "granny fat back".. Those unsightly bulges around the bra line?

As is also the case with the stomach and "muffin top", most of it is actually diet. You can't spot reduce so overall exercise and eating clean with be your main weapons to target this problem.
To increase muscle for a more defined back, you need a variety of exercises that hit the shoulders as well. Some of my favorite exercises are bent over barbell rows, bent over lat raises and pullups.Posted 1 year ago #
