Hi! I am looking for a good kettlebell HIIT routine that might give me a good solid 30 minute workout to blast fat and build endurance/stamina. Do you have any recommendations?

What are the best exercises to get rid of what I refer to as "granny fat back".. Those unsightly bulges around the bra line?

My mother in law gave me her Wii Active to try out. It was okay. I'm glad I didn't pay for it, let's put it that way. The exercises are mostly solid, but it's sort of cumbersome to play and make sure you have all the equipment placed just so. I really enjoy Gold's Gym Cardio box. You start to break a sweat soon after you start and the moves are easy. Does anyone else enjoy fitness video games?
