Monthly Workout Playlist September 2010
by Pamela
This month’s playlist has no theme what so ever. Nothing sounded good. I thought about many different ideas (including an all booty playlist inspired by the recent Glutes issue of Oxygen Magazine) but nothing felt right. Nothing went together they way I thought it should.
So this month it is purely interesting songs to push you through your workout. No intertwining theme at all. Just great rhythms for inspiration to keep moving. Hope you enjoy my totally random playlist.
- Lady Marmalade
by Christina Aguilera
, P!nk
, Lil' Kim
and Mya
: This is totally a female power song. Whoever thought of this combo is a genius.
- Hush Hush
by The Pussycat Dolls
: They’ve been absent for awhile, so you had to know they were bound to show up again.
- Beautiful Monster
by Ne-Yo
: I love this song! Do you have songs you could just listen to over and over again? This is one for me.
- Frozen
by Madonna
(Franck Martinez Remix): Only the remix. The radio version doesn’t quite do it for me.
- Dragula
by Rob Zombie
: I’ve been meaning to add this one for a long time. Just waiting for the right time. Looks like this was it.
- Kick In The Teeth
by Papa Roach
: I could not name another Papa Roach song to save my life, but I heard this one the other day and really liked it.
- Cooler Than Me (Single Mix)
by Mike Posner
: Sadly I am afraid he’s going to be a one hit wonder. Enjoy it while it lasts.
- Baby I'm A Star
by Prince
: I want to know what deal he made with the devil to never age. He looks fabulous.
- Tambourine
by Eve
: Eve is super cool. Did you see her in Whip It?
- Shoop
by Salt-N-Pepa
: Girls, what’s my weakness? Men…with 6 pack abs! Good thing my husband works out.
