    Oh Pamela, I do love your videoblog! All the things you mention in this episode were a throwback to me one year ago, and it was only when I took the time for me that things changed. Now, I’m my first priority! Work is important, but comes a distant second place. As you know, the most important things for me were to make radical changes in my diet and concentrate on working out – diet took and still takes priority as I have learned that you cannot out-train a bad diet – I tried it for years!! – with the result that one year ago, I was tipping the scales at 136 lbs for 5 foot 3. You live and learn!

    Good for you! I think too many people let work define themselves and forget how important their health and fitness are. You’re right, work is important but we are so much more effective when we are healthy and have energy to do our jobs. Millions, if not billions, of dollars are lost in productivity to unhealthy employees. You think it would make companies wake up and encourage their employees to take better care of themselves, to find balance. So far not many. By the way, if you have any suggestions for video blog topics or questions please let me know. I would love hear them!
